Unfortunately, our room had a strong odor that lingered during our stay, likely due to humidity issues. The lighting in the corridor was quite bright at night, which made it challenging for someone sensitive to light like me to sleep. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was inconsistent, making it a frustrating experience after long days of hiking.

We had a lovely time enjoying the cozy atmosphere and the stunning views from our room. The spa offered some great massages, and we really appreciated the relaxing hot tub after our busy days. Just a heads up, the river noise was pretty loud at night, so packing earplugs might come in handy. 😊

My stay was fantastic, as the hotel was just a few steps from both the bus station and a variety of delightful restaurants, making it super easy to start my city strolls and discover local flavors. the sound of the river nearby added a relaxing touch to my cozy room and made my nights even more enjoyable despite being somewhat loud at times

The breakfast spread was delightful, offering plenty of options to fuel up for a day exploring Machu Picchu. The staff consistently checked in to ensure everything was going well during my stay. After a long hike, I truly appreciated the warmth of the owner's hospitality. However, the strong musty smell in my room was a little off-putting at first, even though it faded after some time. Additionally, the location, while convenient for accessing local attractions and the bus station, was a bit further from the train station than I initially expected. Overall, the friendly ethos of the staff made my experience enjoyable, but some aspects could be improved.

We had a cozy stay in the Triple Room with Bathroom. The big room had nice furnishings and an awesome TV for Netflix after our long days of exploring Machu Picchu. The staff was incredibly courteous, always checking in to make sure we were enjoying our time in the area.

Just an excellent fit for a mini-break over the weekend in Machu Picchu with excellent value for money. The staff were super helpful and even recommended a great local café for breakfast, which was a nice surprise. Make sure to check with the locals for any nearby attractions or tips to make the most of your stay.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, often going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was beautiful, right behind a calming water stream, and it was convenient being close to the train station, making our travels effortless. The breakfast provided was delightful, allowing for a great start to our busy days.

One downside was the difficulty in reaching the owner for assistance when needed.
